Rebuilding with Lauren is run by Lauren Bishop, offering digital guides, coaching, and content for single mothers navigating separation, co-parenting, and family court. By using this website, purchasing a product, or booking coaching, you agree to the terms below.

Digital products

Our ebooks and guides (including Prepared, Parenting Plan, Steady Through the Storm, Built Different, Finding Steady, and "Something Isn't Right") are digital downloads delivered electronically, typically through our third-party platform, Stan Store.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is generally non-refundable, in line with standard digital content policies, except where required by law.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided a valid email address and to check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for delivery.
All content is for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without permission.

Coaching services

Coaching sessions are booked directly with Lauren. Specific scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Coaching is a supportive, guidance-based service and is not a substitute for legal representation, medical care, or mental health treatment.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our digital products — including text, design, graphics, and guides — is the property of Rebuilding with Lauren and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
