1-2-1 Coaching
I'm a trauma-informed coach specialising in high-conflict co-parenting and single parenthood. 1-2-1 coaching places are now open — book a free discovery call to get started.
Not sure which package is right for you? Start with a free 15-minute discovery call — no pressure, just a chance to talk through where you're at.
What coaching will cover
Tools, scripts and strategies for navigating a high-conflict co-parenting dynamic with clarity and calm.
Understanding why you react the way you do — and how to regulate so you can respond deliberately.
Reclaiming your sense of self after separation, and building a life that feels steady and purposeful.
Coaching Packages
All packages start with a free discovery call so we can talk through what you need. Once booked, you'll fill in a short intake form to confirm your package, and payment (including split-payment options on longer packages) is arranged directly with me. Every 3, 6 and 10-session package includes free access to my full library of information packs.
15 minutes, no pressure. A chance to talk through where you're at and whether coaching is the right fit.

Once you've booked, I'll send a meeting request directly to the email address you provide, along with anything else you need ahead of our call.
Everything shared in our sessions is confidential. This is a safe, judgement-free space to talk openly about what you're going through.
Life happens — if you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as you can and I'll always try to find a time that works.
Questions
No. Coaching is forward-focused, practical support — not a replacement for therapy or medical care. If you're also working with a therapist, coaching can sit alongside that well.
Yes. While much of my content speaks to single mums, coaching is open to any parent — mum or dad — navigating separation and high-conflict co-parenting.
Sessions are held over video call. Once you've booked, I'll send a meeting request to your email with all the details.
Just get in touch as soon as you can and we'll find a new time that works for you.
